ADP Multinational Clients President
Todd Horvath is the President, Multinational Clients (MNC) and has responsibility for leading a global team providing Human Capital Management (HCM) expertise to clients in more than 100 countries.
Immediately prior, Todd Horvath was the Vice President / General Manager of ADP GlobalView Europe, Middle East and Africa. In this position, he led ADP’s fast-growing GlobalView organization supporting clients in 21 countries across the region. Prior to that, Todd was General Manager of the ADP GlobalView Asia Pacific region supporting clients in 14 countries.
Todd is an accomplished business professional with extensive international management experience in multiple industries. His experience spans the spectrum from creating start up operations for small business’ in emerging markets to leading global divisions of large multinational corporations.
Todd started his career at ADP in 1996 and has held a series of progressively challenging leadership roles. He has worked for multiple divisions of ADP Employer Services across various functions such as client services, operations, finance, product development and general management.
Todd has broad experience in delivering Human Capital Management outsourcing solutions to employers of all sizes and in multiple geographies. He has lived and worked in multiple locations of North America, South America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
In 2000, Todd earned his MBA by graduating with honors from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego and an International Sales and Marketing certificate from California State University, Long Beach.
